  • Why are your courses so cheap?
Our mission is to provide affordable, accessible, and attainable pre-licensing education. By keeping our operating costs down, and keeping only online classrooms, we are able to provide the classes at a low price. As you probably already know pre-licensing courses can be quite expensive. Some providers even provide this course for close to $700. Years ago, when we were in the process of getting our 2-20 license we found ourselves having to save up over the course of several pay periods to afford the class. Now that we find ourselves in a position where we can offer the course to others, we wanted to offer it at a price everyone can afford.
  • What is your pass rate for the state test?
We are proud to have an ABOVE AVERAGE PASS RATE of 60%! According to the latest report card (2019) released by the Florida Department of Financial Services the average school pass rate is less than 50%!
  • Can I pay for the course now but start it later?
No. Once you sign up you your 3 month time limit starts on that day.
  • How much time do I have to complete your course?
We currently allow students a full 3 months to complete the course starting at the time of enrollment. Course completion includes finishing your final exam with at least a 70%. If 3 months are not enough, students can re-enroll in the class once the first three months expire.
  • Extensions during Covid-19.
Ever since the state of Florida reopened and removed all Covid-19 restrictions, we too decided to normalize operations and will no longer grant free extensions due to Covid-19. Per the course terms and conditions all courses will restrict access after 3 months of purchase.
  • Do you send course expiration reminders?
We do not send course expiration reminders. Since the system is completely automated and students are aware of the 3 month timeframe no reminder messages are sent. Once your course expires you will still have access to your messages.
  • Do I need to buy a textbook for your class?
Our 4-40 CSR designation course does not require a textbook, but it is highly recommended. The 4-40 to 2-20 Conversion Course, and the 2-20 General Lines Agent Course both require a textbook per state rules. You can begin the course while you wait for the textbook to arrive. The best way to get the lowest price for the textbook is to purchase it directly from the vendor. The study manuals are sold by only one vendor in all of Florida. For your 2-15 textbook click here. For your 2-20 textbook click here.
  • Should I buy study flashcards?
Our goal is to make getting your license as economical as possible. Everyone learns differently and only you can answer that question. However, I always recommend that students make their own flashcards. Go to the store and buy a set of index cards and use the information in your book, course, and chapter quizzes to make your own flashcards. In doing so you are reading the information, writing, reading it again as you write it, and finally studying them once your flashcards are done. This makes it very easy to recall the information when it comes to studying and helps you save money.
  • Why haven't I heard of you before?
We have been an online pre-licensing course provider since 2019. Since it has only been 2 and a half years chances are there are very few, if any, reviews of us out there. On the footer of our website you can find our Florida Department of Financial Services Provider ID.
  • Can I get a refund for my course?
Since our material is delivered electronically, once you purchase the course tuition is non-refundable. For detailed information, and our most up to date refund policy please visit our refund policy page.
  • Is there any hidden cost after I sign up?
No there is not! The price you see is the price you get. This price is only for the pre-licensing course. Remember you still have to purchase your textbook from the 2-20 study manual vendor, or the 2-15 study manual vendor. There is no textbook required for the 4-40 CSR designation course.
  • Can you help with an issue I am having with the textbook?
We are not affiliated with neither of the two textbook vendors (NAIFA & FAIA). If you have any questions regarding delivery, availability, refunds, etc. Please contact the tetxtbook vendor directly.
