REFUND POLICY
All refund correspondence will be done through email in order to document the exact time the request was received. Please email any refund or credit requests to customerservice@insurancecareerhub.com

Refunds

TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if we encounter any catastrophic issues that prevent us from further offering the course we will issue a full refund.

Store Credit
​
If you enroll in the wrong course, and have not started the course, you must notify within 24 hours. If you notify us within 24 hours we will allow you to use your "store credit" towards any of our products. You may also transfer your enrollment rights to another person. If you do not notify us within 24 hours or have already started the course, no refunds will be issued.

If you change your mind about enrolling, and have not yet started the course, we will allow you to use your "store credit" towards any of our products. You may also transfer your enrollment rights to another person.

If a product has been delivered (electronically or physically) no store credit or refund will be issued.
