Required textbook is sold separately and required for the course per state rules. All correspondence will be done through email in order to document the exact time the request was received. However, if we encounter any catastrophic issues that prevent us from further offering the course, we will issue a full refund. If a product has been delivered (electronically or physically) no store credit or refund will be issued. Enrollment - At Insurance Career Hub we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of completing your studies. That is why have a generous 3-month time frame for you to complete the course. Course completion includes finishing the final exam with at least a 70%. Upon completion of the three months your course access will be locked. Testing - In order to ensure testing integrity students are required to submit a testing monitor affidavit. Once the affidavit has been submitted, you will then be able to take the test.
